Private Beta Terms
These short terms apply only to the invitation-only test and will be replaced by reviewed public terms before an app-store release.
Beta status
The service is unfinished and provided for evaluation. Features, availability and saved test data may change. Access may be suspended to protect members or repair the service.
Health and fitness limits
The beta provides general educational fitness and nutrition guidance, not medical care, diagnosis or treatment. Use your judgment, follow equipment instructions, stop when something feels unsafe, and seek qualified professional care when appropriate. Do not use the beta for emergencies.
Acceptable use
Do not harass others, evade blocks, upload unlawful or harmful material, probe other members’ information, share your invitation or account, disrupt the service, or attempt unauthorized access.
Your content
You keep ownership of information and content you submit. You permit the beta to process it only as needed to operate, secure and improve the service and provide features you request.
Feedback
You may submit suggestions voluntarily. The app team may use those suggestions to improve the product without an obligation to implement or compensate for them.
